You have selected the Narrator Membership (annual) membership level.

Join your peers in being a part of the largest group of professional audiobook narrators in the world. Your membership includes voting rights at our annual meeting, discounts with our partner organizations, a list of extensive narrator resources, subsidized educational classes and workshops, social activities and community support groups, access to virtual and in-person events, support of exclusive human narrator advocacy efforts, support of multiple diversity initiatives in the industry, and most importantly a voice in PANA's mission, vision, and direction.

This is a recurring membership plan, billed yearly from the date of your application. Your yearly membership payment is non-refundable. However, your account can be canceled at any time, and/or auto-renewal suspended, so that you are not charged the following year. Please note that all memberships are subject to Board approval and may be revoked and refunded within three months if deemed necessary. But we hope you'll stay with us for as long as you are a narrator!

Let us know your experience level. We can change this as your career develops (and celebrate with you!), but we use this classification to know what our members' needs are and to verify your level for lotteries and exclusive events.

Share with us why you feel you fit the above experience level! (# of titles, years of experience, etc.) This isn't a competition; we're just trying to understand our membership better, so own your level with pride.

Please provide us with a link to verify that you have at least one publicly available, professional (a.k.a. paid) audiobook title to your narrator name. It can be a link to one or all of your titles on Audible or Libro, for example. If you use a pseudonym, please email us additional confirmation at hello@pronarrators.org (such as a censored pay stub) to help us confirm it's you. The Membership Committee verifies each and every applicant's information to ensure that we're all the human narrators we say we are. 🙂

Please choose one or two PANA Pods you would like to be a part of (multi-select available)! These are local groups that meet in-person or virtually, as their locations allow. Intended to be both support and social group, they are a way to chat with folks in your area about this unique narrator lifestyle!

As a PANA member...

I agree to the PANA member code of conduct, which includes all of the following:

I acknowledge that I am now a representative of PANA wherever I am by simply being a member of this organization, and, as such, I agree to take care in all facets of my life, career, and community to demonstrate honesty and integrity and to uphold kindness and respect to all with whom I associate.

I acknowledge that, as a 501(c)(6) trade association, PANA has legal limits to what it can and should do for members, including the recognition that contract standards, negotiation, verbiage, and enforcement is the exclusive domain of SAG/AFTRA. PANA's purpose is to educate its members to improve their skills and/or certification, to educate and exemplify to the industry diversity, equity, and inclusion practices, and to educate the public on the value of human narrators. I agree that, if I have questions or concerns regarding the above matters, SAG/AFTRA member or no, I can email SAG/AFTRA's Jane Love, Richard Larkin, and Andrea Henderson directly.

I agree to protect the security and integrity of PANA’s confidential and/or proprietary information, including archival videos, initiative and/or event ideas and/or programs, member records and/or data, committee and/or Board files/records/discussions, and any other data and/or information which is shared with me in the course of my PANA membership or volunteer service.

I acknowledge that by being a member, I agree to opt into the PANA member email list, which provides all important member information, although I can choose to opt out at any time.

I agree to comply with all state and federal laws and regulations.

I agree to abide by and support the fact that PANA is a no-tolerance organization when it comes to a hostile work environment, sexual harassment, harassment, abuse, discrimination, or retaliation, recognizing that all humans deserve dignity and respect.

I agree to uphold this code of conduct at all PANA events, within all internal and external PANA communications, and within the audiobook community overall.

I acknowledge that failure to live up to this code of conduct is grounds for removal from PANA’s membership in accordance with PANA’s bylaws.
