PANA’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion committee believes that authenticity and talent intersect in abundance across the narrator community. The committee has the goal of supporting narrators in the audiobook industry across diverse experiences, whether seen or invisible. We seek to challenge implicit & explicit biases and supply best practices, helping ensure narrators are seen for their work, valued for their diversity, and not limited because of their identities. The committee is dedicated to advising, providing education, and when necessary, holding accountable industry professionals to use equitable, inclusive, and visionary practices across the audiobook industry.
