Who is Jesse Bickford?
Jesse Bickford has been a producer at Blackstone for over fifteen years. There, she produces hundreds of books each year, and has directed many of those.

What is Book Dragon?
Jesse brought her skills and expertise into the coaching realm! There, her passion for books, experience with stage management and theatre, alongside the skills acquired producing and directing at Blackstone create an insightful and honest partner in upping your narration game.

Okay, so what is PANAdragon?
From January through November, Jesse will host a total of 12 masterclasses for up to ten PANA members each. Jesse reaches out to the winners to schedule a masterclass, where each participant has a chance to read and receive feedback.

How do I enter?
All PANA members are automatically entered, simply by being in our member database. We draw until we have 15 names – 10 names and 5 alternates – using random.org and a member list exported to a spreadsheet. Each member has an entry/row number.

Okay, but what does it cost me?
Nothing! This is a donation to PANA from Jesse. (Isn’t she swell?)

How do I know if I was chosen?
Check your email. You’ll receive an email directly from Jesse. Check SPAM, too, just in case!

What if I’m chosen but can’t attend?
That’s okay! You’ll go on the list for the next month and an alternate will take your place. However, if you don’t respond to the email, your name may go back into the list, so make sure you’re looking!

Who is eligible?
Any member in good standing with PANA, with a few exceptions.

What are those exceptions?
Anyone who has been selected previously for this program or PANArama with a Producer in the past year is ineligible. Also, the Communications Manager who draws the names is ineligible. And she’s a little sad about it.
