The PANA DEI Narrator Database is an inclusive casting tool supporting diverse voices and thoughtful representation in the audiobook industry.
To help with authentic casting, the database includes members who are BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, members who have disabilities (visible or invisible), and members who are age 55+. Access is password-protected and will be made available to casting directors, publishers, and producers casting audiobooks.

All eligible PANA members have access to create a database profile.
New to PANA? You’ll receive information about the database upon registration as well as the opportunity to opt in to the database.
If you’d like to update your information, email our Membership Coordinator, Candace Fitzgerald at hello@pronarrators.org. Candace will be making changes to the database on a once a month basis.
If you are a PANA member who identifies as BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, visibly or invisibly Disabled, and/or age 55+, we hope you’ll make use of this opportunity to make your voice heard!
If your membership expires, you will be removed from the DEI Narrator Database.
