The DEI Podcast Pilot

In 2022, the DEI Team set out with the dream of creating a podcast. They set up a format and brought together the author, narrators, and producer of Before We Disappear from HarperAudio to discuss how topics of diversity, equity, and inclusion touch each role in the production line.

Ultimately, the team decided not to move forward with the podcast as a PANA initiative. However, the narrators who produced this pilot ultimately turned this idea into the independent podcast The Narrator Roundtable.

To celebrate the powerful discussions narrators can and should have throughout the industry, PANA is releasing this pilot episode to the public.
