Dues and membership
Membership is billed annually from the date of your joining. Membership payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel or suspend auto-renewal at any time. Note that all memberships are subject to board approval, and dues are set each year by the Board.
Shop merchandise
All PANA merch purchased from the PANA shop is non-returnable and non-refundable. Because we’re working with companies that print on demand, there is no way to return, exchange, or refund any order, nor to correct shipping mistakes, so be sure to double check your order and shipping address before final placement. We cannot be responsible for mistakes, sizing issues, or shipping mistakes.
PANAcademy
Refunds for PANAcademy classes may be requested up to 72 hours (3 days) before the first class session. Exchanges are not available (but you may request a refund up to 72 hours before and then sign up for a new class). Transfers are allowed only to other PANA members before the first class session and must be approved by the class instructor. To request a refund, exchange, or transfer, please email pronarrators@gmail.com.
Should a class be canceled by the instructor, it will either be rescheduled or you will be provided a refund, at PANA’s discretion.
